HERE'S WHAT'S HAPPENING!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Life Connections Group meetings are every Wednesday at 7:00PM. Starting May 14, two new classes will begin, one for the ladies and one for the men. Ladies are invited to attend Lisa Bevere's "Fight Like A Girl" class, facilitated by Mary Ann Knox, where you'll discover how to fully embrace and express the femininity God designed and so highly values in you. Pastor Rick will facilitate "Living A Life Of Love And Laughter" by Dennis Swanberg for the men. If your tired of Church as usual, then make plans to attend these exciting Life Connection Groups.

Pastor Mark, Childrens pastor has a Wednesday night class for kids titled "Operation: Enduring Courage - Lessons from the life of Daniel." This is an exciting class full of awesome teaching, object lesson, puppets and more. Be sure to have your children attend.

There is a Cancer Support Group to pray together, encourage one another and help bring hope in the midst of the storm. Volunteers are needed for intercessory prayer or to provide services such as transportation, errands and other practical needs. Meetings will be every first and third Tuesday of the month from 5 to 6 PM in room 203. See Paige Colling for more information. The Men's Ministy group meets every 2nd Saturday morning at 8:00AM for a prayer breakfast. Men of all ages are encouraged to attend and share their ideas for the ministry. Look for a sign-up sheet in the main foyer. PLEASE NOTE - the Men's Ministry is planning a trip to the Kennedy Space Center in June. Check back here soon for more details.
There are 2 fitness classes offered each Tuesday and Thursday with times of 6-7PM and 7-8PM. These classes are designed to be a fun total body workout for women only. Get fit with faith - fitness ministry for women is sure to be a fun filled evening for all who attend! A sign-up sheet is located in the main foyer.
Kids Camp 2008 will be held on July 21 - 25 at Masterpiece Gardens located in Lake Wales Florida. Cost is $160.00. Speakers will include David and Mary Boyd, National BGMC Coordinators. Mark your calendars and make plans for your child to attend. More information to follow!
A prayer meeting for business men will be held each Tuesday morning at 7:00AM for an hour of prayer and encouragement. Meet in Bailey Hall for coffee, juice, donuts, etc.
Scrap Booking Night is every fourth Friday from 7 to 11 PM. Contact Jamie Abbott or Jessica Kasperek for more information.
Communion is served during each Sunday evening service except for the first Sunday of each month when Communion will be served during the morning service.

Get your blood pressure checked on any Sunday between Sunday School and the second service (10:15AM to 10:30AM) in the Cry Room located at the back of the sanctuary off the center foyer.
CHOIR CALL
Love to sing and worship? Now is the time to join the Choir. Practice is every Monday evening at 7:00PM in the Choir room. Be sure to talk to Mel Abbott if interested in joining!
